Lasta Shop Return Policy


Any unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of its original ship date. Returns made on or before the deadline will be issued as a store credit. For gift returns, a standard LastaShop e-gift card will be sent to the email address of the gift recipient (A space to provide the preferred email of the recipient may be specified on the return form). Return / Exchange Instructions

At LastaShop, returns and exchanges are free and easy…Follow the direction below and you can return any clothing / jewelry item within 30 days of purchase at no cost to you!



A) Fill out the return form on the back of this sheet.

B) Send an email to with your Full Name, Address, Order/Invoice Number, and the Name or SKU of the product(s) you wish to return.


Email you back a prepaid return label within 24 business hours.

Just print out the label, secure it over your original mailing label, repack your item with this sheet included, and drop it in the mail….

And that’s it! 

As soon as we receive your return, we’ll send you an email.  Within days you’ll receive a full refund of the purchase price to your preferred method of reimbursement.



The following items are non-returnable and will not be subject to refund, exchange, or LastaShop credit: 

·          Items marked as “Sale.”

·          Pierced jewelry

·          Underwear and bodysuits

·          Perfume and any beauty products that have been opened.

We offer express exchanges to ensure we still have your item and size in stock. Simply place a new order for the item you need to exchange, follow the instructions below, and you can be sure that your new item will be available and in stock.  Once we receive your previous purchase, your new item will be shipped free-of-charge!


1.        Place a new order online

2.        Contact Customer Care at  with an email referencing your old and new order numbers

3.        Customer Care will send you a confirmation email that your new item has been reserved.

4.        Once we receive your old purchase, we’ll ship your new item for free!

*free shipping on new exchange orders is eligible for orders shipped via "Standard Shipping" mail within the United States, exchanges can be made within 30 days of receipt. Offer not available for international orders.
